One of the sadest scripture in the Bible is, "...And Tamar lived in her brother Absalom’s house, a desolate woman." 2 Sam 13:20

Tamar, The Palm Tree, had everything within her to recover from the depredation that was afflicted upon her by her brother. She was strong, she was bendable but unbreakable, she was resilient, she had endurance, she was sturdy, she was powerful, she weather any storm, she could grow in any conditions, Tamar was unlimited in her ability to recover from what she went through...

Yet the Bible says she lived out the rest of her life, sad, depressed, void, empty, non-productive, unfruitul, barren, unable to rise up and recover what was lost. She lived the remainder of her live covered in shame.

Cleveland Ohio, thus declares the Lord, you will live and not die! You shall recover all. I will restore what the Palmerworms and Cankerworms have stolen and eaten away from you. You latter shall be greater than your former. You will no longer be know gas a desolate place, but I will restore the former Glory, whereas you were know as a city of refuge, a fresh start and a new hope for those who were once bound.
