In 2018 Tiana launched a private social media, women’s empowerment group called, Tiana’s Tea. In 2019 she formed the small social media group into a corporation and in 2020 she was established as a 501c3 Non-profit Organization. The organization grew from two thousand women to now over four thousand women in her private group, with a following of more than eight thousand men and women combined, in the various groups she has on different platforms. She uses non- traditional way and methods to accomplish her mission of establishing a supportive Sisterhood that breaks racial, economical and geographical barriers; this enables her to reach women from various backgrounds. She currently hosts 4 Signature Events yearly, including: Annual Empowerment Brunch, A Relationship Panel, Fight Like A Girl Breast Cancer Event, #ISURVIVED: The Aftermath of Domestic Violence, Food For Families and an Annual Christmas giveback, where, Tiana's Tea has adopted single mother families, boys and girls foster homes, a teen pregnacy center and many more with food and gifts for the holidays. In addition, she uses social media at a platform to discuss issues affecting women by having Monthly FB Lives and Quarterly Tea Talks. She opens her home to host “Tea and A Movie Discussion” and so much more.
Notably, Tiana's Tea gained national media attention for successfully organizing a Countywide Senior Prom for the Class of 2020, passionately overcoming the challenges brought about by the pandemic, while orchestrating a County wide initiative to celebrate and shower Seniors with acknowledgement and gifts for graduating. Tiana's Tea was able to gift more than 100 students, throughout Hillsborough County, with graduation gifts. Alongside their dedicated community involvement, Tiana's Tea Inc is widely recognized for their accomplishments. They received the honor of the 2021 Tampa Bay Lightning Goal Getters Award and have been featured on Fox News 13's "What's Good In Tampa Bay" in both 2021 and 2022, highlighting their transformative work. In 2022, the founder and CEO, Tiana Marshall, was nominated for Tampa Bay Business Woman Of The Year. She also received the 2022 Woman Of Triumph Award from the Georgia Woman's Monthly Mixer and a Proclamation from the Governor of the state of Georgia, acknowledging the work she does to empower women throughout various cities and states. In 2023, she was selected as the nominee for Powerhouse Woman With A Purpose Award. In December 2023 Tiana received the Community Impact Award, for the continuous work she does to improve her community and abroad. Drawing from her personal experiences as a domestic abuse survivor and a single mom, Tiana emboldens a dynamic women's empowerment movement.

Tiana Marshall is dedicated to seeing women healthy and whole. She is committed to promoting healthy relationships and interactions with one another. Her belief is that if women would communicate rather than judging each other, they'd be surprised to find out they have more in common than not. They'd be able to creating sincere and genuine Sisterhoods that enables them to share, support, encourage, push, pray and be there for one another in times of need.
Tiana Marshall is a graduate of Hillsborough Community College, where she was a Liberal Arts minor and Psychology major. She is a Master’s degree graduate of PCIE (Practical Christian Institute of Evangelism) and she is a certified Life Coach, a certified Medical Assistant and Medical Administrator as well as a Licensed Certified General Contractor. She sits on various Boards within different organizations. She is the wife of Ronald Marshall, the mother of Jamal, Sheniqua and La'Ron and the grandmother of 3 beautiful grandchildren, Paige, La'Ron Jr and Kyree.
